This is crazy! Found this on google when I searched with the following keywords: Python text-to-speech linux. The link describes how you can get Simple Text-To-Speech in Excel. Some excel scripting and you are there! Have M$ ported Excel to Linux =) (I hope people understand that I am using irony here)? Wow!
